Samson Ngugi, CEO of The I Care Adult Home Plus Assisted Living Facility. Samson’s remarkable leadership skills, extensive background in aviation, and hands-on experience in healthcare make him an exceptional professional in the field of assisted living.
Samson holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he graduated with honors and earned a GPA of 3.727. His technical expertise is complemented by years of practical experience in both military and civilian aviation, including over 1,600 hours of flight time and significant roles in aircraft maintenance and leadership. However, his qualifications extend beyond aviation and into the realm of healthcare.
From 2010 to 2014, Samson worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant and a Certified Medication Assistant at Meadowlark Adult Care Homes, where he gained invaluable experience providing hands-on care to residents. During his time there, he earned a Certificate of Excellence for consistently going above and beyond in resident care. This experience solidified his deep understanding of the needs and challenges within the assisted living environment, and he demonstrated exceptional dedication to improving the lives of the residents he served.
Additionally, Samson’s leadership and management skills were honed during his tenure as an Aviation Maintenance Technician in the US Army and later with Amentum in a civilian capacity. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams, provide high-quality service, and manage complex operations under pressure. Samson’s unique combination of experience in both aviation and healthcare, along with his commitment to service and leadership, makes him an outstanding CEO.
In his current role at The I Care Adult Home Plus, Samson brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the assisted living industry. His technical, leadership, and healthcare experience all contribute to his ability to deliver the highest standards of care to residents, ensuring that their well-being is always the top priority.
